- If your device is not working properly, we can remotely diagnose the problem using our Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools
- If your device is broken, we can help you return it to the manufacturer for repair. Or, if you are eligible for a next day replacement device (offered with Standard and Pro bundles only), we can help arrange for a next day replacement device to be shipped to you, provided the request is received prior to the cutoff time of 3:30PM EST for Zebra and 7:00PM EST for Panasonic.
